This is now the second time we’ve called in R&A. We’ve been homeowners now for about 5 minutes and the scary tasks my husband and I have faced in the short amount of time have been met head-on by Robert and his team with the most efficiency, professionalism and understanding. The electrician, Michael, was very prompt and courteous. He conducted the work efficiently and quickly, explaining everything in a way that was easy for a non-professional to grasp. The whole experience, from the phone call to the office to the service call was excellent.

From the first time they came I felt immediately at ease. Michael and his team surpassed my expectations and communicated with updates and progress. I was so glad to work with them, rather than the Michael and his sons. The value and care is top notch. Michael was thoughtful enough to start on my kids rooms while they were at school. They even engaged with the kiddos by laughing at their 'jokes' and encouraging them to learn Spanish.

Highly recommend R&A and was especially satisfied with troubleshooting and outlet repair services from Michael. He successfully fixed 4 non-functioning outlets and rewired several light switches. During his visit, he was professional, informative, and friendly. He thoroughly explained what the issues were and how he resolved them, which was helpful to understand. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent!

Robert arrived promptly for the appointment that was scheduled for the electrical failure with our dishwasher and garbage disposal. He was able to work a quick diagnostic, provide guidance on the cause of the issue we were experiencing, and rework to get the electrical failure with our dishwasher and garbage disposal resolved without requiring any major replacement of either appliance. This was all done within the cost that was clearly communicated when scheduling the appointment. I plan to consult with R and A Electrical Services, LLC, next time I need electrical support with our home.
